Comment: Submitted by grad Jodi, who has been bartending in Detroit for a while. Could this be the secret why the Pistons won the NBA championship??

It is a lot of ingredients, a ton of alcohol, and may be too strong for some (plus it is heavy on the triple sec). It either needs an extra large collins glass or cut back a little on everything!! Drink two of these and you'll feel like you got run over by a motor city truck!!

Pisco Sour Peruvian Drink

Dip edge in remaining egg white and rim with granulated sugar
Serve away and enjoy!!

We are an international center and this is an international drink prepared the traditional way. Pisco is technically a brandy, light in color, distilled from grapes grown on the Pacific border in Peru.
