Bartending jobs.  Our graduates have bartending jobs throughout Maryland, DC, and Virginia.  We provide bartending job-placement assistance for part-time night and evening bartending jobs and full time jobs throughout VA, DC, and MD.  We advertise to employers throughout the DC region and as far as North of Baltimore and South to Richmond.

People want to know if a bartending school can help you get a bartending job.  We invite you to come in and visit for a free bartending class.  We can show you long lists of grads who have been hired as bartenders in Maryland, DC, and Virginia.   You will see bartending school grads working in bars, clubs, hotels, restaurants and pubs.  You will see specific leads from bartending employers throughout the region.  No other school even has this current information!!!

  • As of February Chris got a job the day he graduated right off a new lead that had come into our jobs leads sheets.  How is that for quick!!!!!!
  • As of January 2007 we have well over 120 specific bartender job leads in Maryland, DC, and Virginia.  With that many jobs we are also seeing some excellent fast results;
  • Ben, a GW student landed a bartending job blocks from the school campus.  We have almost 30 additional specific bartending job leads throughout Washington DC right now!
  • Patrick used our A-Z bartending job method and hooked up a great bartending job in Adams Morgan.
  • Mark used our method and was just offered a bartending job in Reston Town Center at the Hyatt Regency.
  • Melissa just started bartending at Maggiano's in Tysons.
  • We just heard from Breia who is bartending for Marriott in Adelphi.
  • Marnie, a December grad was offered 2 bartending jobs in DC and Silver Spring.
  • During March 2006 we received about 80 new bartending job leads in Maryland, DC and Virginia.  In Maryland we received job leads for bartender jobs in Towson, North of Baltimore, Beltsville, and Laurel.  In one March week we added up to 50 bartending catering jobs in DC and Virginia and job leads from Montgomery County, throughout DC, west of Dulles Airport, and throughout Virginia.  In April and May 2006 we are adding over 100 potential bartender employer contacts throughout Frederick and Howard Counties in Maryland.

Check out this incredible letter from a recent grad:

Dear Tommy, Dave, Itona, and Jonas,

As I spoke to you recently, I've already started my bartending job at Taj Bar and Grill in Fairfax.  I graduated from PBS on 1/20/06, interviewed right after I spoke to Jonas and Dave on 1/25/06 and I was mixing drinks 1/27/06!  My experience at PBS has been amazing.  I am a full-time scientist, never really hung out at bars, had no connections in the bar scene, but wanted to try something new and fun.  I took my free class on 1/4/06 with Antoine and new right away this was for me, so I enrolled that night.

Antoine is an incredible instructor.  His professionalism and expertise is exceptional.  He made every class extremely informative, fun, sometimes even hilarious.  It was almost not like taking a "class"at all.  On my first night working at the bar, I manned a long (about 20 ft.) bar in a back dance area all by myself.  Halfway through the night, I realized I only graduated a week beforehand.  With everything Antoine taught me, from mixing to customer service, I was more than prepared to handle the crowd.   I will never forget my experience there at the school and look forward to the upcoming possibilities!

Thank you so much Antoine!

Cheers!

Leslie

The only thing we edited was Leslie's last name.  Visit her at the Taj Bar on weekends.

Here is an email we received from a Maryland bartending employer that was on our active job leads list in March 2006.

We'd like to think we get the leads and deliver quality bartending school grads.

After 37 years of providing training and bartending job placement assistance in Maryland DC and Virginia we should be used to this but our old grads help new get grads get jobs all the time.  Recently we saw the following:

  • Mark, (in our brochure) hung up his shakers and informed us of a bartending job on Capitol Hill in DC
  • Chris called about a bartending job at her fine dining restaurant in Alexandria
  • Sam, called to have us replace him at his restaurant in Northwest DC
  • Katrina, a grad and current bar manager fed us job leads in Bowie, Maryland

We regularly host employers who hold on-site bartending interviews.  Restaurants, bars, clubs, owners, bar managers, and caterers all visit our school to recruit students and grads.  One local TGIFriday's has done this THREE TIMES in the last year.

So if you want to see if we can help schedule a free class visit and make up your own mind.  Bring a smile.  Our training is the closest thing to Happy Hour!!!
